Terms of service

Using the studio

These terms cover Wonderframe. Wonderframe is operated by Arthur Bernard André Chevallier, trading as Wonder (Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), France). For the operator’s full legal details, see business information. Accounts require a declaration that you are at least 16. Users under 18 must involve a parent or guardian where required by local law for contracts or purchases. This is not a parental consent service for children under 16.

Your work and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You grant the operator permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service you request. You must have rights to uploaded images, fonts, music, references and personal data. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate others, infringe rights, attack the service or access another creator’s workspace. Do not share your sign in credentials.

Generation and availability

The workflow is brief, storyboard, then video. Generation requires a configured service and may fail or be unavailable. AI outputs can contain errors and need your own checks for factual accuracy, rights and suitability before publication. We promise no particular reach, income, accuracy, exclusivity or copyright protection. Creative reviews and proof clips are optional. Saving or generating does not record creator acceptance of an unreviewed artifact.

Credits and test payments

Storyboards and full AI revisions use 1 storyboard generation. Video credits are separate and cannot be funded by storyboard generations. Video generation and AI revisions use the duration and resolution profiles shown in Plans & billing before generation. Free includes 3 storyboard generations once, without expiry. Film packs can supply video credits on any plan without a subscription. Verified paid monthly grants renew on the paid anniversary and roll over once, capped at two cycle allocations per balance. Cancellation stops future renewals; monthly grants expire at the paid period end. Purchased packs never expire. Plan upgrades and downgrades apply at the next verified paid renewal, with no mid-cycle charge or proration. Existing grants stay intact and unused monthly value rolls once at its original quantity. Film packs can add allowance before renewal. Technical failures and cancellations return the exact reserved allowance once. Completed creative attempts use the quoted cost; another creative revision is charged separately. Drafting a brief and saving manual edits use no credits. Pilot source and exports are retained until account deletion; download copies you need. Live retention limits and notice windows remain unqualified, so live sales stay disabled. Any subscription price change requires at least 30 days advance notice and affects a future renewal only; purchased pack rates and reserved job quotes remain locked. The default checkout is a simulation: it charges €0, starts no subscription and activates no paid allowance. A separately configured Stripe sandbox can start test subscriptions and issue test allowances only after verified provider events. It collects no real money and cannot activate hosted generation. Live money collection remains disabled. Plan prices are previews, not live offers. See the refund policy.

Closing an account and changes

You can disconnect Instagram in Account and request account deletion there or through the deletion procedure. Export work you want to keep first. Abuse may lead to restricted access; legal rights remain available. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new version and communicated before they apply. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies and protections are not excluded by these terms. French and EU mandatory protections apply where relevant; these terms do not remove protections provided by your country’s mandatory law.
